In order to be able to offer your customers available dates for online booking, you must first activate the online booking for your TIMIFY account. You can do this by clicking the button in the bottom left corner of your account's menu bar. As soon as the button is turned green, the online booking is active.

What booking options are there for my customers?

Your customers can make an appointment with you in many ways. In addition to booking via classic channels such as telephone, e-mail or booking an appointment with you at your location, TIMIFY also offers a number of online booking options:

  • via your TIMIFY Profile Page
  • through your website
  • via your Facebook page

Your TIMIFY Profile Page

If you don't have your own website, TIMIFY's profile page is ideal for you and your company. Here your customers will find your opening hours, address and general information about your company in addition to the online booking option.

Button to book on your website

You can also make appointments for your customers bookable online on your company's website. You can integrate the TIMIFY booking button and the so called booking widget on your website. If you want, you can also customize it according to your own wishes.

You can find all information about this in your account in the section "Booking setup" -> "Integration".

Appointment Booking via Facebook

Your customers can also book appointments with you via your company's Facebook profile. Offer your customers a very easy booking if they are already informing themselves about your company on your Facebook profile. We will explain to you how this works in your account in the section "Booking settings" -> "Integration".

With online booking you offer your customers the possibility to book appointments with you at any time. Make your company bookable - whether on your website, via your TIMIFY profile page or Facebook.
