Here's all you need to know to get up and running.

  1. Navigate to Apps, and select the Microsoft Shifts Sync from the marketplace tab. To install the app, you must first agree share to your TIMIFY web app data.

  2. Once the app is installed, it's time to sync your accounts. The app guides you through these steps. Shifts will be synced covering a time frame spanning the past three months, to the coming three months - in both directions.

  3. Once your accounts are in sync, it's time to map your MS Team Members with your TIMIFY Resources. You can map one team member to one resource; simply hover over the red mapping icon for the team member and resource you wish to map, and click the "edit resource" button:

  4. Now you can assign a TIMIFY Resource to your MS Team Member, and opt to only show future calendar events:

  5. Once you have mapped all your team, check for any shift conflicts, by navigating to the Shift Conflicts tab.

Please note: Microsoft does not sync shift changes made in the TIMIFY Shift Plan to MS Shifts. This may change in the future.

That's it!
