Good to know:

  • This feature is available in Enterprise plans only.

  • Exports are only available in English and filters do not apply to exports.

  • ℹ️ You have to be logged in to the account in order to open the export file.

  • No matter what data you want to export, you will always receive one email with one or multiple links. Clicking on the link you will be able to download the export.

    ℹ️ Please note: The link(s) will expire after four hours.

    > Downloading the export file via a Windows device will send you one email containing only one link. In this case you will receive a .xlsx file.

    > Downloading the export file via a Mac device will send you one email with several different links in case you chose several categories to be downloaded. If you are using Mac you will receive a .csv file.

1. Export Statistics from the Branch Manager

When you log into the Branch Manager, you will immediately see the Statistics Dashboard. At the top right you will find the export button.

Lifetime summary

If you want to export the data from Business Lifetime - exactly what you see in your dashboard - click on the export button. You will immediately receive an email containing one link from which you can download the export file.

Statistics by month

To download data for a specific month, click on the Statistics by month tab at the top left and select the month (and year) for which you want to generate an export. Then you can click on the export button. Here you have the possibility to choose which data you want to export:

  • Export all data from this time period

This option will export all data you see in the dashboard for this month.

ℹ️ Please note: Downloading the export via a Mac device will mean you will receive five links within one email.

In case you are using a Windows device you will receive one link but the downloaded .xlsx file will contain several sheets.

  • Export data from this time period for selected categories

In case you only want to export certain categories, e.g. Resources and Customers you can choose this option and select the relevant categories. Depending on the operating system you are using, the email you receive, will either contain one link (Windows) or 2 different links (Mac) for each of the 2 different categories ( Resources and Customers ).


2. Export Statistics from the WebApp

Click on the Statistics tab in the menu.

Business Lifetime

The first tab is the Business Lifetime. If you want to export the data from Business Lifetime - exactly what you see in your dashboard - you will get the export immediately after clicking on the export button.

Statistics by month

In the WebApp you will find a tab for each category.

When you select a certain month (and year) for which you want to export the data, click on the Export data button. The category will be preselected but you will still have the option to select the other categories to be exported as well.


ℹ️ Please note: If you choose several categories, downloading the export via a Mac device will mean you will receive several links within one email.

In case you are using a Windows device you will receive one link but the downloaded .xlsx file will contain several sheets.
